6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the immediate access to digital content, all digital subscription sales are final. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period. For users who subscribe to the print edition of Rubicon Magazine, subscribers may request either refunds or replacement copies will be issued for damaged, stolen or undelivered if notice is given within seven (7) days of expected delivery. If a claim is made after this seven (7) day period, no refunds will be issued. Please email contact@rubiconmag.com with subject head “REFUND: {INVOICE NUMBER}” to make a claim for a refund or replacement copy.
